This document is the property of Hilal Haj & Umrah no part of it can be modified, copied, or used in part, any altered forms will be rejected.
The responsibility of Hilal Haj & Umrah Travel Inc. as a hajj operator and it's agents is limited. Hilal Haj and Umrah Travel Inc. (2037 Bloomingdale Rd. #217 Glendale Heights, IL 60139.) acts only as operator for the service in connections with the Hajj tour and assumes no liability for personal injury, damage, loss, accidents, and delays by reason or defect, through the tour or as a direct or indirect act of God, natural disasters and dangerous conditions and incidents in the Air, sea, land or by fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts or delays by government decision or authorities de jure or de facto, weather conditions and wars declared or not, acts of terrorism, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, stampedes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, and medical or outbreak of pandemic, (SAR s) covid-19 and related strings etc. custom regulations or from any loss or damage resulting from the Saudi Consulate return passport without visa for any pilgrim who has provided wrong or false information about their residence in the USA. Improper entry and unreadable passports and visas for side trips and other documents that are the responsibility of the passenger to furnish in true and correct form. Hilal Haj & Umrah Travel Inc. will accept no responsibility of the airline to determine what procedures to follow. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based upon their standard procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Hilal Haj & Umrah Inc. and any of its affiliates. Hilal Haj & Umrah Travel Inc. shall not be responsible for any person missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or absenteeism for any time during the Hajj tour and will not be responsible for any additional expense for their participation to re-join the tour. Moreover, no changes will be honored after departure; as well as no refunds will be given for any service rendered nor utilized. A service fee of $2000/- for processing a Hajj Visa will be charged for any visa stamped and not utilized for a Hajj trip with Hilal Haj & Umrah

Cancellation Fees And Penalty
$2000 Pre- registration is fully refundable if you are not able to attend before prices are confirmed after that no changes and cancelation fees will apply .
No refunds once visa allocation is confirmed and final package price is set
Fees will apply to any change of departure dates for the group,
Extra charge will apply for schedule changes as applicable.
